1. What payment methods can I use?

Mortarotti.com accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

*Credit Card Gift Cards can only be redeemed for orders less than the full amount available on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using a Credit Card Gift Card.

2. When will my order ship?

Mortarotti.com endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. FedEx Home Delivery delivers packages to residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. Orders sent by 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 3-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. 3-Business-Day and 2-Business-Day delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

3. When will my order be delivered?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

4. Do you ship outside the United States?


Currently, we cannot service orders placed from or shipped to locations outside the U.S. We do, however, have Mortarotti stores all over the world. Please use Stores to find the store nearest you.

Mortarotti.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. The delivery time for APO shipping may vary.

5. Which carrier will my order be shipped?

6. What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

Once an order is placed at Mortarotti.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please send an e-mail to CustomerService@Mortarotti.com

7. Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with Mortarotti.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. Mortarotti.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

8. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy. Simply complete the return/exchange form and send it along with the items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing materials), or return your order to any of our international Mortarotti stores.

Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

9. Full-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice.

10. Sale-Price Merchandise:

The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.

After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return or credit.


Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

11. Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further price adjustment.

For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided. Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure place where you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office. Your package will be returned to us via the United States Postal Service.

We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $8 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges. If you need an additional return label, please contact a Customer Service Representative at CustomerService@Mortarotti.com and we'll send you one. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

If you wish to pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged the $8 fee. Take the package to your postal carrier and mail it to the following address:

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

12. Return to any of our international Mortarotti stores. You must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your return and credit the original form of payment. Please use the store locator found at Mortarotti.com (Stores) to find a store near you. Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return in our stores.

Please note that returning Mortarotti.com merchandise at our retail stores can be a time-consuming process. We strongly recommend that you make returns by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your order.

13. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.

14. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

Exchanging gifts is easy, since all gifts come with a gift receipt without prices and have our postage-paid return label. Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Mortarotti.com online gift certificate.

15. Will my order be taxed?

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed.

16. I live outside the United States. Can I order from Mortarotti.com?

Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. We have Mortarotti stores throughout Italy. Please use Stores to find one near you.

Credit cards with Canadian or Japanese billing addresses or credit cards issued by Canadian or Japanese banks may be used for payment but these orders can only be shipped within the U.S.

17. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Mortarotti.com. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at CustomerService@Mortarotti.com and we will replace the order.

18. How long does it take to process my return?

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

19. If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?

There are two easy ways to make an exchange. You can either return your exchange by mail or exchange your purchase at any of our Mortarotti stores.

If exchanging by mail, specify the new color or size of the item you are exchanging on the return/exchange form and include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.

When exchanging in our stores, you must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your exchange. Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.

20. Do you sell your gift boxes?

Gift packaging is offered free of charge with most purchases at Mortarotti.com. When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you'd like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented in our signature white box with red ribbon. We will include your personalized message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information), for easy exchange. We do not sell our gift boxes.

21. Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?

We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

22. How do I know which size to purchase?

23. If something goes on sale that I just purchased, can I get a credit on the price difference?

 If Mortarotti.com makes a permanent price reduction on a product featured on our web store you may request reimbursement for the price difference within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Please note that promotional sales prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded from this guarantee. 24. Can I get replacement buttons for my (shirt, blazer, coat)?

Mortarotti.com has resources to replace buttons for some of our merchandise. Please contact our Customer Assistance at CustomerService@Mortarotti.com for assistance.

25. How do I care for my purchase?

If you have a question on the proper care or fabric treatment of any of our items, please reference the item on our Web site, contact our Customer Service Representatives at CustomerService@Mortarotti.com.

26. Is your merchandise manufactured in the USA?

Our merchandise is both imported and domestic in origin. This information can be found on Mortarotti.com along with other details about each of our products.

27. Can I go to the Mortarotti Stores for alterations?

Yes, we offer complimentary alterations on apparel in select Mortarotti stores. Customers must present a copy of their invoice to the store for alterations to be made. Alterations may take up 10 days.

Complimentary alterations are made only on items purchased at full price (not on sale items).

28. Why should I register?

Registering with Mortarotti.com isn't required to explore the site, but it will allow you to fully enjoy Mortarotti.com. Not only will shopping be easier, but your entire experience with the site will become more personal and convenient over time. You cannot make purchases or use E-mail to a Friend without being registered.

Registering allows you to maintain an account with Mortarotti.com. Return customers can store credit card information for easier shopping, maintain an address book, review order history, check current orders and edit billing or shipping information.

29. Is there a risk to storing my information online with you?

Your privacy on the Internet is important to us at Mortarotti.com. We do not share, sell or trade with third parties any personal information, such as e-mail addresses, personal information collected as part of an online survey or other specific details about you, gathered online. We do not contribute to or participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such personal information. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server, and all credit card information is stored in an encrypted format.

30. Do you sell names to other companies?
