Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register
with Mortarotti.com, you will have the option to create your own address
list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to
whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete
information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The
information that you store in your address list is for your use only.
Mortarotti.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific
question about a delivery.)

purchase?
Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return
Policy. Simply complete the return/exchange form and send it along with the
items you are returning (please use the original shipping box and packing
materials), or return your order to any of our international Mortarotti
stores.

return.
9. Full-Price Merchandise:
The full amount will be credited to the original tender
(credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within
60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original
invoice.

11. Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship
date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full
retail price only. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for further
price adjustment.
For your convenience, a postage-paid return label has been provided.
Simply affix the label to your package and leave it in a secure place where
you normally place your outgoing mail or take it to your local post office.

We will deduct $8 from your order refund for return postage when using
the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you

one. Original shipping charges are not refundable. You will receive an

When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the
package via U.S. Mail or FedEx, and purchase tracking services for your
protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise
received by our warehouse can be credited.

will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit

12. Return to any of our international Mortarotti stores. You must
have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your return and
credit the original form of payment. Please use the store locator found at
Mortarotti.com (Stores) to find a store near you. Items must be in like-new
condition and unworn to be accepted as a return in our stores.
Please note that returning Mortarotti.com merchandise at our retail
stores can be a time-consuming process. We strongly recommend that you make
returns by mail using the postage-paid return label provided with your
order.
13. What will it cost me to make a return or
exchange?
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless
otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account

Exchanging gifts is easy, since all gifts come with a gift receipt
without prices and have our postage-paid return label. Gift recipients who
return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a Mortarotti.com
online gift certificate.

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping
address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates;
however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your
return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of
return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package
has been received and processed.
19. If I want to exchange my item for a similar item
or a different size or color, how do I do that?
There are two easy ways to make an exchange. You can either return your
exchange by mail or exchange your purchase at any of our Mortarotti stores.
If exchanging by mail, specify the new color or size of the item you are
exchanging on the return/exchange form and include the form in your return
package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop
it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.
When exchanging in our stores, you must have your invoice with you in
order for the store to process your exchange. Exchange requests must be made
within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full
retail price. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of order
receipt for merchandise purchased at sale price.
20. Do you sell your gift boxes?
Gift packaging is offered free of charge with most purchases at
Mortarotti.com. When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you'd
like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented
in our signature white box with red ribbon. We will include your
personalized message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing
information), for easy exchange. We do not sell our gift boxes.
21. Can I have a package delivered on Saturday?
We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

credit on the price difference?
If Mortarotti.com makes a permanent price reduction on a product
featured on our web store you may request reimbursement for the price
difference within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted
on items purchased at the full retail price only. Please note that
promotional sales prices are not permanent price changes and are excluded

24. Can I get
replacement buttons for my (shirt, blazer, coat)?
Mortarotti.com has resources to replace buttons for some of our

Complimentary alterations are made only on items purchased at full price

28. Why should I register?
Registering with Mortarotti.com isn't required to explore the site, but
it will allow you to fully enjoy Mortarotti.com. Not only will shopping be
easier, but your entire experience with the site will become more personal
and convenient over time. You cannot make purchases or use E-mail to a
Friend without being registered.
Registering allows you to maintain an account with Mortarotti.com. Return
customers can store credit card information for easier shopping, maintain an
address book, review order history, check current orders and edit billing or
shipping information.
